Posted on Amazon DBVerified The Loch Ness Enigma: Book 1 of The Enigma Series | Good book to curl up with Read it in two days. Well-developed characters by a good storyteller. You're quickly invested in Miss Shaw's safety and feel her trepidation. Sir Ian seems to have the strength and senses of a bionic man, but then again, like the bionic man, he's rebuilt. Very enjoyable read. I look forward to the next book in the series.Posted on Amazon Nico RossiVerified The Loch Ness Enigma: Book 1 of The Enigma Series | Tremendous What a tremendous story for John Graham's first book! Like many others I was hooked from the very beginning. Along with all of the mystery, twists, and turns, the character writing and imagery throughout is exceptional; I felt like I was eating dinner with Puddy, too! 10/10 read, definitely get yourself up to speed before the second book is released!Posted on Amazon James A. Fuss Jr.Verified The Loch Ness Enigma: Book 1 of The Enigma Series | Must read!!! An absolute winner! Phenomenal new author. You will not be disappointed!Posted on Amazon John FultonVerified The Loch Ness Enigma: Book 1 of The Enigma Series | Hurry up and read this before the next one comes out! I loved the mystery and the history. The characters were so well developed and he even surprised me with a twist I normally see coming! I also wanted to add that the vivid detail he uses to describe Scotland turns it into another character in this book. Can’t wait to read the next one!Posted on Amazon Amazon CustomerVerified The Loch Ness Enigma: Book 1 of The Enigma Series | Great read! Just finished reading and loved the book! Outstanding 💪 work by John Graham…a brilliant new author, reminded me of books I’ve read by Christopher Reich….i think of it as Historical Fiction Thriller…you can call it whatever you want but it was a GREAT read! I tried to write the review as Puddy would, in Scott’s Gaelic…but Amazon wouldn’t post it 🤷♂️. I can’t wait for the next book in the series!🚀🚀🚀Posted on Amazon robin simpsonVerified The Loch Ness Enigma: Book 1 of The Enigma Series | Not the Same old WWII Fiction OMG! What a great read! I haven't done any reviews for books on Amazon, but THE LOCH NESS ENIGMA by John Graham deserves a review. It's historical fiction involving WWII & codebreaking with a tense mystery/thriller vibe. I couldn't put it down once I started reading. Totally engaging plot with likable & despicable characters. Sure to keep readers on the edge as they read.
When an ancient shield surfaces in a Cambridge museum, former soldier and medieval scholar Ian McKnight is drawn back into the shadows of war. Traced to a fourteenth-century castle on the Normandy coast—now in German hands—the site conceals a secret the Nazis are determined to protect: a weapon capable of making Fortress Europe virtually impregnable.
But the shield carries deeper secrets. Etched into its battered surface are symbols that point to a hidden chamber beneath the castle—where legend holds that a relic from the crucifixion of Christ has lain concealed for centuries.
Churchill orders the weapon destroyed. McKnight and Shaw are dispatched with a battle-hardened commando team—but before they reach the Channel, the mission is compromised. A German agent knows their every move. The Wehrmacht is closing in. And the storm of the century threatens to leave them stranded behind enemy lines.
From the ancient courts of Cambridge to the storm-lashed coast of Normandy, The Normandy Enigma delivers a gripping blend of Second World War espionage, medieval mystery, and relentless suspense.
Some secrets are meant to stay buried. This one could change the world.
